Excel Due date Conditional Formatting
Please help, thanks a lot in advance.
I would like to set the due date alert for insurance for family members. So, like insurance A expires in Nov 25, 2011, how does excel makes a yellow alert in Aug 01, 2011? Secondly, how does excel makes a orange alert in Sep 01, 2011? Third, how does excel makes a red alert in Oct 01, 2011? The earliest alert date is the 3 months before 1st date.

Use conditional formatting with formulas of
=EOMONTH($A2,-4)+1
and
=EOMONTH($A2,-3)+1
etc.
