Thread: I'm new, please help

Hello All.
I'm a very new user to Excel, so I need as much help as possible, bare with me

I have Microsoft Excel 2010 and basically I am trying to create a system where I can record the players in a football team's performance so I know who to play.

Basically, I need to know if its possible and how would I use a formula to create the following;

I have two columns, one says Fitness, one says Condition
I want the fitness column to auto fill depending on what the condition cell says directly to the right of it.
I want the following rules
If condition is between 0 and 70, it will say 'poor' in the fitness cell.
If condition is between 70 and 80 it will say 'average' in the fitness cell
If condition is between 80 and 95 it will say 'good' in the fitness cell
If condition is between 95 and 100 it will say 'excellent' in the fitness cell

I have used data validation so only whole values between 0 and 100 and be used, but i need help with this formula. I think it is some sort of IF AND formula.
