Hi All,
need some help with Conditional Formatting for a large file using Ms Excel 2007.
I need to be able to turn the cell background color to say green based on a Data Validation contained in a in-cell dropdrown which is populated by a dynamic name range from another worksheet.
I can set Conditional Formatting using a formula: =COUNTIF(BrandsList,C4)
Brandslist being the Dynamic range and C4 the Cell value.
Though cause the Dynamic range has too many rows (24K+) it's extremely slow and need to workaround.
Thanks!
Please attach a spreadsheet and also list out the conditional formatting rules that you need.
I doubt that VBA will be faster
Hope that helps.
