    Pivot Table - Copy

Hello everyone! First of all, let me thank you all for being here! I've always been amazed at the willingness of perfect strangers to help people. Ok. Here is my question.

I have an excel 2003 work sheet called. WB1 and it contains data and to the right of that data is 20 Small pivot tables that consolidate that data. The pivot tables work great and exactly how I want them to.

    Now. I want to copy Workbook 1 17 times. Which I have done. So now I have WB1, WB2, WB3, WB4, etc.

The problem is, All of the Pivot tables in WB's 2 - 17 reference the data in WB1. I want them to reference the data in their own respective workbooks.

Can I somehow make these Pivot tables point to the data in their own workbook without re-doing them all? If I could simply replace all WB1 with WB2 - that would work... but you can't do a replace (as far as I can tell) in a pivot table.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

    -Mike

    Re: Pivot Table - Copy

For each sheet, does the pivot data change? In the sense, if WB2 pivot 1 references WB2 A2:D6, does WB3 pivot 1 reference WB3 A2:D6 also?

Maybe you can attach a sample workbook containing a few of your sheets?
    Cheers,
    Arlette
