Can the Comments Text be MultiLookup Values to the cell value where its Commented?

Can the Comments Text be MultiLookup Values to the cell value where its Commented?

    Dear Forum,

This query would be very helful and avoid to shuffle betwen 2 Sheets or 2 Different Files..
Lets say, I consider the requirement in the same WOrkBook and then In one SHeet I have a Data of Different Payments made by each Client for a particular Plot No and these payments are not necessarily in the same order i.e for the Payment for the first Plot is stored in the Row1 then the next payment which has come 3 months from the First Payment for the same client would be stored several rows down as there are so many payments stored during this time for other plots by other Clients..

Now, In the Client Sheet I need to get these payments shown up in the Name Column where the Name of the CLient is stored..
Its challenging as I have not found anything from which I could build anything..as such..

Now for example Plot No -100 -CLient Name - Sachin Tendulkar has made 5 payments in the ROws 2, 12, 15, 24, 27...
THen I need this information one below the other in the comments in the Client Sheet..
The actual information is in the Payment Details SHeet.

I want the comments to Display the information when its selected and then be Hidden..for all the clients name in the CLients Sheet.

This would save time in shuffling from SHeets and at the same time save space..

    Warm Regards

Whatever explained in the first post was the actual requirement and the gist of the query however for all practical purposes as I am adding a dummy file which can be helpful as my actual file contains senstive inofrmation and would require time to be uploaded.

In the dummy file there are several dates and Fruits Matrix I need to get comments text as shown in the Date Details Sheet..
