Hi all,
If anyone can help me I would very much appreciate it.
All I want is for the top 2 values in a range to be highlighted in different colours. I can make it so the top 2 are highlighted, but only in the same colour.
See this attachment for an example, If anyone can make my attachment work I would hail you as a king amongst mere men.
ConditionalFormatting.xlsx
Many thanks,
Adam

Highlight the range D3:D10, then conditional formatting, new Rule, Use formula, =D3=LARGE($D$3:$D$10,2), then bring in the green fill, new rule, use formula, =D3=LARGE($D$3:$D$10,1), and apply / keep.
If you remove the pattern from D9 and D10, you should find that the conditional formatting applies.
