@ OnErrorGoto0,
Very well intercepted OnErrorGoto0, I followed this thread with interest and was surprised with your tweaking the code backward, but it also revealed another surprise for me. i.e. "...hiding controls from intellisense" and you and Kyle123's opinions about ActiveX controls.
@ Kyle123,
Monkey see, Monkey do!!! No not you. Me. I am the Monkey!
@ OnErrorGoto0 and Kyle123,
Please could you explain why you feel the way you do about ActiveX Controls, and what the benefits are to give Forms Control preference? I mainly use ActiveX controls, maybe from habit, and in a way I find it more user friendly than Form Controls.
In the meantime, I have Posted both of you on my wall for "People Of Note"!!!

ActiveX controls have more flexibility and options (eg formatting and events) but they can exhibit strange behaviour on worksheets such as resizing at random, disappearing or relocating. Forms controls are more closely embedded in Excel (they've been around a lot longer) and generally are more stable, though they have fewer options for formatting and only one 'event' - you assign a macro to them.
ActiveX controls also will not work at all on a Mac, and I do a fair amount of work on my Mac, so that is another consideration for me.
Also, adding ActiveX controls to a workbook at runtime tends to reset your VBA project and clear your variables. I do not appreciate that!
Good luck.
Thank you OnErrorGoto0,
Maybe you should change your name to "OnErrorCallMe"...You have very successfully converted me. Most of the cons you are pointing out, did, and in fact, still do just that!
