Thread: Apply macro to multiple CSV files and then convert to XLS or TXT file,

Dear Friends,
I have 1000 of CSV files. I need to do same type modification in the all the files (For example : need to delete some columns and rows).For this , I have created a macro which is available in a excel file to do the above modification.
Now my requirement is macro to be applied to all the CSV files which are stored in a folder and then convert the CSV into Excel file (.txt file is more preferable as I actually required).

CAn anybody help me to do above things with VBA. I dont know about VBA. cab anybody help me.
