Someone please help me to fill the valus based on criteria.
In Masterlist I have List of employees with Number & Name.
In another list I have only employee number.
I need the employee number list to be fill with name also if the
masterlist employee number match with another list.
Master List(A1..A4)-----0--another list (B1..B4)
869 Ebin Charles----------776
1016 John Albert---------- 1011
1011 Edmond------------- 1016
776 Albert--------------- 869
I need B1..B4 are to fill with exact values. example: in B4..869 Ebin Charles
I have attahced.Please help me

Hi Charles,
I think vlookup function can help here:-
use following formula in the sheet where you have just the employee number and adjust the reference ranges accordingly. Thanks.=vlookup(b1,Master List!a1:a4,2,0)
