    Convert Text to Number

    Hello:

    I have excel sheet as attached...
    As you can see Column B has Invoice # (Its in the text form).

    I uually scroll down manually one page at a time and convert Column B text to number.

    I need to know if there is easy way to select whole column to perofrm this task.

    Highlight all the invoices in Col B, go to Data > Click TextToColumns then Hit finish
