I have created a drop down list in Excel 2010 that contains 6 different options to choose. When you choose one of these 'charge out rates' I want a range of about 15 cells to automatically fill with the value relating to the 'charge out rate' chosen.
Can someone please tell me what type of formula to use etc.

depending on your structure you could use vlookup, match, index....
How about putting up an example file so we can come back with something more specific and relevant to your situation.
