Print from a change in column (with a catch)

Ok so I have a column "L" which when the word "out" is entered I need a form to print. This form is linked from the "main" worksheet to its corresponding worksheet using a hyperlink in column B. So for example when I am in cell L8 and type "out" i need the form (worksheet) that is hyperlinked to cell B8 to print. I have over 100 rows that I am trying to set up to do this. Thanks for any help!

With this being my first post im unsure if this is where I should have asked my question. I assumed it would involve some sort of coding or macro. Maybe this just can not be done but any response would be welcome. Thanks again for any help!
