Thread: VBA function that executes action at a certain time and certain intervals after that?

Can anyone tell me how i could get the excel program to do something every 1 minute (like copy and paste a series of fields). Is it something to do with the ontime thing? What would be great is if someone could put a link to a video (ie youtube) to someone doing a screencast. I can't seem to find one on youtube.

Ontime is what you want. Google Ontime and Chip Pearson, he has a good page on it.
