I'd like to setup a worksheet that would hold the following information:
Picture / Item #/ Item / Description / Wholesale Price / Retail Price
This would be a template that we would use repetitively over the course of a
year as our inventory changes seasonally.
I also need to be able to export it in a FLAT FILE to my website hosting
company in order to eliminate all the double entry.

Janet, the only way I know to use a photo in Excel is to insert them inside
a comment field. So all your product pictures would have to be inserted in a
comment box once the comment boxes are created for each row.
Then instead of changing the colour of the background of the comment by
another colour use the picture of your product as backdrop.
