    Pivot table limits

I get error message "there are too many records to vcomplete this operation"
when refreshing certain Pivot tables in a worksheet.

Other Pivot tables in the same sheet, based upon the same range of records
    refresh OK

    What is wrong?

You may be selecting a data field as a column in your pivot table that
has more entries than Excel has rows. Try changing how you are laying
    out the table.
