    Angry Sorting

I have a file that lists the customer name (first and last in cell 1a), street address (in cell 2a), city - state - zip (in cell 3a). This continues down the row with about 6000 records (2000 individual customers). I want to be able to print mailing labels but the mail merge requires the infomration to be sepertated across the columns (1a = first name), (1b = last name), (1c = street address), (1d = city), (1e = state), & (1f = zip) and the next record in row 2, etc.

Is there a way to sort this data so that I can get it in the format I need to print mailing lables?

    Thank you.
