Could someone please tell me how I can vertically number the cells in Column B? I have some occupied cells at the top and want to begin #1 on about the 7th line. Please tell me there's an automatic way to do this while keeping the #s in Column A as they are.

Hi,
Do you mean you want to automatically number column B from B7 starting at 1 and increment downwards by 1? Take a look here - "Using Static Numbering"
