I am by no means a computer expert but will outline what I am looking to do and if you could tell me if it is possible I would appreciate it:
I get weekly data reports from my company that I can export into excel. Once I do that I want to select my top 20 customers and then every week that I get a new report I want to continue tracking the trending of these 20 customers. Can I create a book mark or some sort of search in excel to just pull out these 20 customers and their numbers instead of cutting and pasting each individual customer and deleting the others?

There are more than one method that would allow you getting the results you want.
My particular favourite, because of its simplicity flexibility and reliability are pivot tables.
Once you create a pivot from your data, you can select the customers you want with the totals you choose, and as you insert more data from those reports, it automatically updates with the new information once refreshed.

Thank you so much for the information. So, if I create a pivot table - which I will have to figure out how to dothen can I keep track of the weeks with the data not actually updating it but keeping each weeks data so I can see the growth trend? Or does it only allow you to update data?
Is there a template of a pivot table that someone can direct me to?

Once you do, it would be helpfull if you could attach a small sample of your data. ie, all column names and 10 rows of data (or dummy data if its sensitive information)
