Hide column if it contains no values or "" value

I currently have a sheet set up so that it pulls numbers from a chart and sorts them into the month that corresponds via a sumproduct. The way this is currently set up for the sumproduct function to properly add all amounts in a given month, the date given on the chart has to be the 15th of whatever month it is in.

Because others may be using this sheet and updating/changing dates I've inserted a column with a IF statement that kicks out "Use 15th" next to the dates column if any other date is used.

What I want to do is to find a way so that this column is hidden if there are no dates listed that don't use the 15th. Don't know how/if this can be done or if there may be a better solution altogether. Help is appreciated.
