    Question Dynamic range with count ?

    Dear all,

    I have a row, contains numbers,

    i want to count how many number on that row, Result must be dynamic 'cos i offten add/delete them

    Use the count function.

    But were are you placing the formula, is it on the same row of the deletion ?

    G'day again,


    Say you want to count row 4

    
    =COUNT(4:4)
    Edit: I've add attachment after some though. It a macro will insert a count formula and count the row above the edit box

    Eg To count row 4, place the edit box in the row 5 (it doesn't matter where). Press the macro button. The count for row 4 is done.
    To count row 1 place edit box in row 2. To count row 102 place edit box in row 103.
