Formula works one way but not the other??

    I have the follwoing formula

    =ROUNDDOWN(SUM($H$37/$H$35),2)

which rounddowns my percentage which works fine, So i thought i would apply this to another formula below

    =ROUNDDOWN(SUM($Q$24:$Q$28)/$Q$23),2)

and it does not work, and excel does not display a solution, it says that there is to many functions within the formula and highlights "$Q$23"

    and help

    Should be

    =ROUNDDOWN(SUM($Q$24:$Q$28)/$Q$23,2)
