Hi all,
I'm brand new here but have joined expressly because I'm having a problem that I'm hoping someone can help with. We have received an Excel spreadsheet that has loads of images with hyperlinks associated with them. Having them in this way is no use to us whatsoever as we need to have the hyperlink on its own in a cell (they're actually mailto's rather than web links but I don't think that makes any difference). Short of right clicking each one, selecting edit hyperlink and then cutting and pasting it out is there any other way of extracting all the hyperlinks en masse?
Hope the question makes sense and that someone out there has an answer otherwise I (or one of my team) is going to be spending a LONG time cutting and pasting - it's a BIG spreadsheet!
best regards,
Simon
Simon, Welcome to Excel Forum!, try to create a sample workbook and upload it here using Manage Attachments at the bottom of your post window, that way we can see the data and what you need or are trying to achieve.

Hi Simon,
Good idea. It's attached. Basically I want column D to contain the email addresses that are attached to the images. So D3 would say joe.bloggs@bloggs.com and so on. Does that help?
cheers,
Simon
