Hi,
Ok hopefully my title made sense or caught your attention.
I would like to do the following.
(example)
Meeting
Testing
Speaking
Ok the 'Meeting', 'Testing' and 'Speaking' will all be in the column A(Meeting = A1, Testing = A5, Speaking = A8 or something like that).
I need to copy the 'Meeting' etc Headers down to where the next header starts. e.g.
Meeting
Meeting
Meeting
Meeting
Testing
Testing
Testing
Speaking
Speaking
Speaking
I would like to make a formula that would complete this task, e.g. an IF formula that finds blanks and copys or something.
Any help will be greatly appreciated![]()
Select column A and then hold the CTRL key and select A1.
Then go to Edit|Go To and click Special....select Blanks and click Ok.
enter an = sign and hit the up arrow key.
Hold the CTRL key again and hit ENTER.
You may have to copy just the last item down after that.
