Thread: auto complete data in row

Hi to all forum members...

ok, I want to know if my problem can be solved..heres what I want to be able...

let's say I have columns Name, Last Name, Birthday, Location

Is it possible if I type last name that it automatically fill all the other cells with data linked to that last name....I think that i must have some kind of database list with all the data on some other sheet from which this table will drag data....

also nice function will be, when I manually type Last Name that excel offers me possible results based on letters I've typed...its auto complete if Im not in wrong

Thanks! And what if I have, lets say 2 same Last Names? Is it possible that excel offers me to choose which one excatly I want?
