    Hi kvsrinivasamurthy

Thanks for your help on this. I know how to do this by adding a new tab "Half Holiday".

Is there a way of just putting 1/2 27/01/2011 on the "Holiday" Tab?

    Thanks again for your help.

    Re: Holiday / Attendance Form

Pl see the (revised) attached file.I have done changes in 'Holiday' Sheet.Rows 102 to 144 are used.
Now you do not require 'Sick' and 'other' Sheets. All types of leave can be entered in 'Holiday' Sheet.Enties are to me made like this below insted of only date.

    For Halfday enter HH,date
    For Fullday enter H,date
    For Sick enter S,date
    For other enter O,date
It will appear in Monthly Sheet.
Formula in Jan Sheet only changed. If you feel ok Copy it to other sheets.
    with regards.
