    Macro to create drop down

    Hi,

I would like to create a macro for a list of items to be available in a drop down menu.

    IE.

    1. Arrow
    2. Boy
    3. Cat

Now, they are in table form. I want them to be available for a drop down menu, how do i do it?

    Thanks,
    Vinish

Re: Macro to create drop down

    Hi,

I think what you want to do does not require a macro. It is called data validation with a list. Read about it here:

At Excelforum, you can say "Thank you!" by clicking the icon below the post.

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.
