Hi Friends
In the calculation of 1000=10*10*10.
How can i get the result "10" with the function of "1000"?
In the calculation of 16= 2*2*2*2
How can i get the result "2" with the function of "16"?
Thanks in advanced.
Sai
The POWER() function can be used to "reverse" out a cube root, or even higher.
To get the cube root of 1000:
=POWER(1000, 1/3)
...result 10.
=POWER(16, 1/4)
...result 2.
