Copying Cells Which Appear More than Once in a Field

Hi, I have a bit of a problem imagining how to get around this issue:

As you can see in this image, I have a couple of rows. Sometimes numbers appear in more than one row, for example "259", which appeared in row A and row B.

How can I have a script which copies 259 and any other repeated numbers to another row for me to see which numbers occur more than once. I would also like to see a number telling me how many times that number has occurred.

Impossible?
