Need Formula help ....Need to copy row data on certain date

need formula to copy a row to a seperate worksheet on certain date.. Got stock spreadsheet need to retrieve weekly values of stocks on every Monday so it can be inplemented into a high-low graph chart..... Need data in roll F to copy on sheet 3 on every Monday for the next 5 weeks.... will not allow VB macros.... Thanks, Jlwebbga
