I am trying to create a inventory spreadsheet to subtract a quantity from an order from the on hand total. And the remaining hand total to stay subtracted when another order is subtracted. I tried for example, =A1-A2 on cell A3 but the total keeps changing every I insert a new order deduction (it reverts back to the previous amount.) Anyone..please help, I am trying to have the warehouse subtract the qty they are packing from the most recent on hand amount.
