Unhappy Formula for value in a column that appears in the highest row number

I am chasing a formula for the most recent value in a column. ie highest row number.

    Row A B ........F
    1 100 (insert formula)=76
    2 56
    3 25
    4 98
    5 587
    6 76
    7
    8
    9

And if were to add another value

    Row A B ........F
    1 100 (insert formula)=367
    2 56
    3 25
    4 98
    5 587
    6 76
    7 367
    8
    9

    Can anyone help?
