Icon sets based on text - conditionanl formatting
Dear All,
Please help me!!!!!!!!
I have payment status
- Collected
- Declined
- Postponed
- Delayed
I want to use the 4 TRAFFIC LIGHTS for each status of the payment so the green is collected, black postponed, yellow delay etc.., please help me
does this requires macros?
Why not just have 3 conditions with either no colour for one of them or have the cell already coloured but only show it when none of the other conditions are satisfied?
You can then use the built in conditional formatting (as you are using xl2003, in later versions you aren't restricted to just 3 conditions.
