    Showing Duplicates

    Hi,

I have a heap of data to go through. I want to be able to format the worksheet to show duplicates. When I use the conditional formatting tool, it highlights all the duplicate values but it does not distinguish between each set of duplicates.

    i.e. if i have 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3..... I want it to identify the 1's 2's and 3's but not all of them in one colour?

Is there any way of getting around this?

    Thanks.

    Hi Idorsi,

If you want all the duplicates colored with a different color, look at the Color Scales under conditional formatting.
