I've been trying to research around if you can create an excel hyperlink that would open up IE or Firefox either as an administrator, allow me to choose the user, or open the browser with no proxys running.

We have some devices that I can configure only if proxy's are off. Is there a simple formula to allow me to run an IP address with either proxy off OR allow me to run the session as an administrator? I cannot install any applications as the IT department pretty much locked everything down and won't allow me to install anything. I hope I was able to make my question clear and painless...thanks!
