Find dates & values for a specific time.

Hi

.. stuck in this

In Sheet1, col A=Dates, Col B=Names, COL C=Payment.

So, what I need is.
In Sheet2, I want to type the start & the end date.

Then to select a Name.

And then to get using formula,one by one the dates and the values, that the selected Name had, for that SPECIFIC time.

Hope to make sense.

Add helper column in Sheet1, D2:

=IF(AND(A2>=Sheet2!$A$2,A2<=Sheet2!$B$2,B2=Sheet2!$E$1),COUNT(D$1:D1)+1,"")

copied down

Then in E2:

=MAX(D:D)

Then in Sheet2, A6:

=IF(ROWS($A$6:$A6)>Sheet1!$E$2,"",INDEX(Sheet1!A:A,MATCH(ROWS($A$6:$A6),Sheet1!$D:$D)))

copied down and across.

Note: replace commas with Semi-colons for your regional settings.
