I am trying to eliminate the #VALUE! error,
It only appears in the one cell as all others have a similar formula.
can anyone help with this. Screen captures below.

30/2/12 is not a valid date.

The values in C11 and D11 are not date values, they are "text" values.
To fix, copy cells C10 and D10 over the top of C11 and D11, then reenter the correct dates into those cells. February 30 is not a valid date.

its only because 30/2/12 is not a valid date. rest is fine as excel will calculate values like dates as dates
