LARGE() Function–Get the top 10 values from a list

Book2.xlsxI need to return the top 10 values from a list (say, sales dollars) and their corresponding names (say, sales person's name).

I am using this as a guide:
    http://www.excel-user.com/2011/02/la...lues-from.html

However my data has instances of more than one person's Sales Dollars being exactly the same. In those cases the INDEX/MATCH function returns the first Sales Person's name twice. In those cases how can I get it to skip the already-returned Sales Person's name and return the next one with the same corresponding Sales Dollars?

    Thank you,

Thank you; I just posted a sample.

Bial and Chipidea have the same corresponding sales number, $4,353.00.

As a result both B19 and B20 return the same name, Bial, because C19 and C20 are the same number. I need B20 to return Chipidea.

    Thank you,
