Is there a way to view your own posts without doing an advanced search by user name?

Also, can these forums be set-up to be read in MS Outlook News Reader?

When there are several replies to a thread they can be hard to read when the previous messages are all listed in every reply. If there is more than one reply to the original post it is very very difficult to read.
