Thread: problem with tip "Retrieving an Item from a List that Meets Multiple Criteria"

can someone (please! ) try or give me the correct formula?
(maybe it's for my basic experience with excel and english, but I think it's not explained very clearly!)

This may be an array formula,
if it is, click on the cell press f2
then press ctrl-shift-enter
