I note that this was reported in this forum on 6th December last year and I have sent email fedback as well. Can someone please fix the attachments bug in these forums:

When someone posts an attachment, a message is sent to the associated Usenet group containing a URL claiming to be a download URL. However, these URLs are never correct.

For example:

In microsoft.public.excel.misc:
> Filename: YesNo.zip |
> Download: http://www.excelforum.com/attachment.php?postid=4793

Correct URL: http://www.excelforum.com/attachment...3&d=1148120690
