Since I've gotten so much good advice from this forum in the paste, I'd love to be able to contribute more. One thing I tried to do was sort the threads from the number of responses. It was then that I realized there are over a thousand threads from 2+ years ago with no response to them. Is there any thought of cleaning these out, since they're obviously not still waiting on a response?
This would be a good idea, but the owner of the site would need to implement this one.Originally Posted by Caligula
Perhaps more important would be to consider why they are unanswered. Generally, I find that questions remain unanswered if the OP is not clear with what they are asking The pool of knowledgeable members here is large and I think most problems can be solved if the OP asks the question clearly & simply, and also briefly.
Also, questions from members who ignore the Rules about Code Tags, Thread Titles etc are usually the last ones that I get round to answering.
Hope that helps.
