you are using excel !!!!
zip the thing up and attach
if it is too big just give a sample of a few rows/columns
change info to protect sensitive stuff.
perhaps this forum should only accept zipped excel files.
there is no way anyone cannot zip/post
Also, if the the file cannot be zipped to a small enough size you can use a free file sharing site like yousendit.com & post a link.

Hotmail has a file sharing now in Spaces,
ie: http://home.services.spaces.live.com/
A couple of people have a hotmail account but do not know about the filesharing it has, once you upload the file, right click the link and paste it in your post
