animated avatar not working

from forum rules
when you get to 120 days registered and 200 posts.......
be able to upload an animated Avatar
how comes mine dosen't work? and never has?

Hi Martin,

What file type did you try to use as your avatar? From what I understand, it must be an animated GIF image for it to appear animated in a browser (like mine).

There are of course size restrictions too!
Custom Avatar Maximum Width (pixels) = 50
Custom Avatar Maximum Height (pixels) = 50
Custom Avatar Maximum File Size (bytes) = 20000 (1KB = 1024 bytes )

ah that might be it , it depends where its kept i take it pauls is linked and not up loaded?

unless thats a mods/admins thing everyone else is bigger than that
