Hi... this may seem trivial, but moving from forum to forum requires users to navigate back to the "Excel Help Forum" page. For people like me who read through 3-4 different forums, I think you're producing unnecessary network traffic.
Would it be posible to add a navigation bar somewhere on the page, add forum names to the quick links, or, possibly add a "favorite forums" / "bookmark" section to the user menu?
Just a thought...thanks!
Scroll to the bottom of most pages and you will find a "Forum Jump" drop down. You can choose which forum to jump in the drop down list.
and FWIW given the present layout I tend to just use "New Posts" feature to view the latest threads.
A forum redesign has been mooted for some time by those actually running the website (note this is not the Mods).
My Recommended Reading:
Volatility
Sumproduct & Arrays
Pivot Intro
Email from XL - VBA & Outlook VBA
Function Dictionary & Function Translations
Dynamic Named Ranges
Thanks... I'm embarassed to say that I never noticed the JUMP function at the bottom of the page...
Appreciate it. You guys do a fantastic job with this site (and dealing with the general population)!
