Just my two pennies (3.3cents) worth -

I've probably learned as much by posting "solutions" here and having them critiqued further into the thread, than I have by experimenting and reading.

Might it discourage others from posting a solution because they see one of the highly experienced posters "working on it"?

These days there almost seems to be more people who answer questions than there are asking them...and so we are bound to bump into each other on many threads... especially when it seems some of those people sleep very little before pouncing back in.

I would just like to say(or type) that i joined this forum in October of 2009 only knowing how to sum and thanks to all the replies from all the posts I furthered my excel education quite a bit. So if my vote counts I want to see all of the examples because this is where I've learned the most.
