Date help

I have a spreadsheet that links to 3 worksheets in the current, immediately previous, and immediately succeeding day. Two of the formulas I currently have are:
='P:\Volume Logs\month 2006\[prevdate.xls]Production Summary'!$E$20
='P:\Volume Logs\month 2006\[nextdate.xls]Production Summary'!E33

Is there a way to make the spreadsheet look to the previous or next workday automatically?
