BA HELP is on a distinguished road
How do I pick data out of a table with a y and x axis

I am trying to write the formula which would be like the =lookup() function but with two axis. So I have Mans age on A1 to A25, and Womens Age on B25:K25 and if I wanted the result for the male 20 year old and female 18uear old how would i put this in to a function.

I would appreaciate any help on this matter as I am not an expert on excel but love it and trying so hard to learn as much as I can

Thank you all in advance.
