Keeping formulas from being erased

Hi,

How can I keep my formulas from being erased or changed when I allow others to use my spreadsheets. They are being used by several people and I need to know how I can keep the formulas I put in them from being change and still allow others to use the sheets and enter data in cells.

Thanks,

Harold

Hi,

It is a two step process :

1.Format > Cells > Protection > Locked

2.Tools > Protection > Protect > Sheet
