Copy & paste to a cell found using vlookup

Please can anyone help with a macro. I need to copy the contents (which is changed frequently) of cell K18 on sheet 2 and paste it into a cell in column H on sheet 1. The destination cell needs to be found using vlookup looking down column A on sheet 1. The vlookup value is the contents of cell B18 (which also changes frequently) on sheet 2?

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thankyou.

Tim.
