distribute a number in different coloums

hi,
i want to distribute a number in 6 coloums for example i have given in 7th coloum value 8 now i want that this 8 is distribute in 1 to 6 coloums and i want to make rubric of data.

can i distribute 6 in different coloumn based on above criteria i.e coloum1 cant be greater than 1 coloum2 cant be greater than 2, coloum 3 greater than 3 ,coloum 4 not greater than 2 , and coloum 5 not greater than 2
